If you are of the opinion that any part of the e mail/fax and /or the enclosures referred to is either missing illegible please telephone the sender at the firm immediately. Please return the original e mail/fax message to us.

Please note that we accept banking details via e-mail communication only if the details are confirmed via follow up call. Therefore if you do receive an e-mail from Nagy & Co Solicitors in which your bank details are requested or provide for alternative banking details for transfer of money to Nagy & Co Solicitors, please contact us immediately to clarify the position.
