If you have any concerns regarding our service, please follow the complaints procedure below.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Our service to you<\/strong><\/p><p>We appreciate that for many clients, dealing with a legal issue is very stressful, time consuming and expensive.<\/p><p>Our aim is to provide you with an excellent service in terms of our legal knowledge, explaining the law and legal procedures in clear terms, progressing your matter to the agreed timeframes and responding to your queries in a timely manner.<\/p><p>Any expression of dissatisfaction about the service you have received from Nagy and Co will be considered seriously and we will respond promptly to any complaint.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>What to do if you have a complaint<\/strong><\/p><p>In the first instance, please speak with the member of staff who is assisting you.<\/p><p>If you are not happy with their response, please contact dr Robert Nagy, on <a href=\"tel:07445347565\">07445347565<\/a> or via email:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:robert.nagy@nagyandco.co.uk\">robert.nagy@nagyandco.co.uk<\/a>.<\/p><p>Robert will respond within 48 hours\u00a0to discuss your concerns and carry out an investigation.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>What to do if we cannot\u00a0resolve your complaint<\/strong><\/p><p>The Legal Ombudsman can help you if we are unable to resolve your complaint ourselves\u00a0or you have not received a response to your complaint within eight weeks.\u00a0<\/p><p>They will look at your complaint independently and it will not affect how we handle your case.<\/p><p>Before accepting a complaint for investigation, the Legal Ombudsman will check that you have tried to resolve your complaint with us first.
